This post is just a reminder for myself in the future when I start a new technology project. The focus should be in the Customer Experience. Understanding the customers’ needs, the problems that they are facing at the moment, and only then determine the best tools that will be used to implement the solution.
You’ve got to start with the customer experience and work backward to the technology. You can’t start with the technology then try to figure out where to sell it.
